WHY SHOULD WE USE ALUMINUM?

WHY SHOULD WE USE ALUMINUM?

Aluminum is an incredibly versatile metal with many advantages. It can be cast, melted and formed to create shapes that are then fabricated for a variety of uses- from lightweight frames or containers all the way up to cars!

It is the second most malleable metal and the sixth most ductile.

The aluminum industry has been on the upswing for years now, and it's easy to see why.

With aluminum’s extreme versatility and strength, it is becoming more popular for all sorts of projects

For example, it has benefits like being able to stand up against corrosion or even Space Weather damage which means that our technologies are less likely to be damaged by these factors!

The high reflectivity of aluminum is used for many different purposes. It can be applied as an anti-reflective coating to mirrors in telescopes, or it may simply serve as decoration on paper packages and toys; however, its most famous use would have been during the fabrication process that created vacuum chamber panels at NASA's Johnson Space Center decades ago!

Awards show us just how much value this metal holds when looking through space telescope lenses.

Aluminum is a good electrical conductor and is often used in electrical transmission lines. It is cheaper than copper and weight for weight is almost twice as good a conductor.

Aluminum is the most abundant metal in the Earth’s crust and is 100% recyclable.

The aluminum we use today can be recycled many times.

The usage of recycled aluminum can lead to a reduction in carbon emissions by up 95% when compared with primary aluminum.

By using more of this environmentally friendly material, you are helping keep our planet green!
